Personalised Legal Representation

My mission is to provide personalised, compassionate, and effective legal representation, ensuring my clients receive the justice and compensation they deserve. As the Principal Lawyer, I bring a unique blend of experience in law enforcement and the legal profession to every case.

Professional Journey

Law Enforcement Background

My career began in 2007 with the Queensland Police Service, where I was honoured to be awarded Dux of my graduating group. Following my time at the academy, I gained invaluable investigative experience through secondments with the Tactical Crime Squad and the Criminal Investigation Branch in Rockhampton and Mackay.

Transition to Civil Litigation

Drawn to civil proceedings, I transitioned to an international insurer, focusing on high-risk personal injury claims and indemnity issues. This role provided me with deep insights into the defence side of claims. Motivated by a desire to advocate for injured parties, I joined a national plaintiff injury firm and quickly advanced to the position of branch manager. This journey culminated in 2017 when I founded ROC Legal.  I have successfully litigated hundreds of matters, with a particular interest in the litigation of personal injury claims and will disputes.

Beyond the Office

Outside the legal profession, I was an elite swimmer, competing in numerous national finals and narrowly missing a spot on the open Australian swimming team in the 50m Breaststroke. This experience instilled in me a strong work ethic, discipline, and a drive for excellence that I bring to every case.

I am committed to continuous learning and professional development.
